Today, November 7, President of the Children of Asia International Committee Mr. Vladimir Maksimov and Minister of Youth Affairs, Sports and Community Empowerment of the Maldives Mr. Ahmed Mahloof. The meeting took place in a video conference format.
The parties discussed issues of cooperation and interaction in the Committee’s projects, as well as possible participation of Maldivian athletes in the 8th Children of Asia International Sports Games.
“Now we are paying special attention to preparing the Olympic reserve. I am confident that our joint work will contribute to achieving our goals,” said Mr. Ahmed Mahloof.
Mr. Vladimir Maksimov expressed his gratitude to the Minister for his interest and willingness to cooperate in the Committee’s projects.
The united team of the Maldives took part in the 6th Children of Asia Games.
