Work experience

1994-2001 - a teacher at Yakutsk city schools №26 and №24.
In 2001-2002, he worked at the Interdepartmental Executive Directorate for State Support for a Healthy Lifestyle Movement in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
In 2002-2003, he served as a Chief specialist of the Committee for Family and Child Affairs under the President of the Sakha  Republic.
In 2003-2009 he was the first Deputy Minister for Youth Policy, then for a year he was the First Deputy Minister of Science and Vocational Education of the Sakha Republic.
In 2010-2014, he served as Vice President of the Sakha Republic.
In 2014-2016, he was the Minister of Vocational Education, Training and Placement of Personnel of the Sakha Republic.
Since 2016 - Deputy General Director for implementation of the regional standard for industrial growth staffing of the Young Professionals Union (WorldSkills Russia)".
In March 2020, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Education of the country. On May 19 of the same year he became the 1st Deputy Minister.
In May 2021, he served as Deputy Director General of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.
In November 2021, he was appointed Acting Rector of the Mordovian State University named after N. P. Ogaryov.
2020 - present - Advisor to the President of the Children of Asia International Committee
