Rodion Plitukhin
Born on 25 October 1981 in Stavropol
Work experience:
In 2003 worked in commercial structures as a lawyer.
From 2004 to 2009 he worked in Russian Fencing Federation. Later he became Executive Secretary of Russian Fencing Federation; at the same time he worked in international organisations of European and international fencing on a voluntary basis.
From 2009 to 2017 he worked in structures related to sport and Olympic movement: he headed the group of interaction between JSC "Russian Railways" and the Organising Committee of the XXII Olympic and Paralympic Games in Sochi, and also held various positions in International Charitable Foundation "For Future of Fencing" and the Fencing Veterans Support Foundation.
Since 2017 he has been working in the Russian Olympic Committee

- From May 2018 to December 2022 - Deputy Director General - Head of the ROC President's Office
- Since December 2022 - Secretary General of ROC
2023 to present Vice-President of the Children of Asia International Committee
