100 days left before the start of the 7th Children of Asia International Sports Games in Vladivostok. To mark this occasion, a festive event was held on Сentral square of the capital of Primorye.
As part of the event, a bright flash mob brought together representatives of the Games Organizing Committee, as well as young athletes and volunteers.
Children of Asia Sports were presented by athletes who will be participating in the upcoming sport competitions. The wide audience had a chance to support athletes, witness a colorful spectacle and take pictures with the official mascots of the Games - Tiger and Leopard.
President of Children of Asia Games International Committee Mr. Vladimir Maksimov greeted Organizing Committee and all participants of the event.
“Dear friends, today there are exactly 100 days left before the start of the 7th Children of Asia International Sports Games. In exactly 100 days, the city of Vladivostok will become the capital of children's sports on the Asian continent. I wish, all of us, to spend this time with optimism. We will make every effort to prepare the best Games in their history.” Mr. Vladimir Maksimov expressed his confidence that the Games will be held at a high organizational level: “Knowing how Vladivostok is preparing now, how the residents of Primorsky Krai are waiting for this holiday, I am sure that we will succeed. And in 100 days, Vladivostok will demonstrate its beauty to thousands of young athletes who will be able to get maximum positive emotions and find out what the Far East is”.
The 7th Children of Asia International Sports Games will be held in Vladivostok from July 27 to August 8, 2022. It is expected that the total number of participants will be over 3 thousand from more than 20 countries. It is planned to play 275 sets of medals in 19 sports at the Games.
