Members of the board-representatives of the Children of Asia Games International Committee founders - Olympic Council of Asia, Russian Olympic and the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) – attended the meeting.
The participants approved the dates for the 1st Winter Children of Asia International Sports Games. Competitions will be held in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk on February 8-17, 2019. Earlier it was planned to organize the Games in 2018. However, the Committee received an appeal from the Ministry of Sports of Sakhalin Region to postpone the dates for the next year. This appeal does not contradict the Concept of the Children of Asia Games and fits into the schedule of the OCA and the IOC.
The program of the 1st Winter Children of Asia ISG includes 8 sports: alpine skiing, snowboarding, biathlon, cross-country skiing, ski jumping, figure skating, short track, and ice hockey.
In addition, the Board decided to recognize the WorldSkills standards of staff training in service and determine their basis for evaluating and preparing accommodation and catering facilities involved in Children of Asia Games, including recognition of "Competence passport (Skills Passport)».
