Today, as part of a business trip to Bishkek, Mr. Vladimir Maksimov, President of the Children of Asia Games International Committee, laid flowers at the monument to the famous political figure Mr. Maksim Ammosov.
On the National Day of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) on April 27, Mr. Vladimir Maksimov laid flowers at the monument to the outstanding politician Mr. Maksim Ammosov. It is important to note that Mr. Ammosov contributed to the development and sovereignty of not only the Yakut, but also the Kyrgyz SSR. It was under his leadership that the Constitution of Kyrgyzstan was adopted in 1937.
As Mr. Vladimir Maksimov noted: «On this auspicious day, on the day of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Yakut ASSR, we are very pleased that our working visit to the Kyrgyz Republic took place today. And we could not help but pay tribute to one of the founders of our republic – Mr. Maksim Ammosov, by laying flowers, as Mr. Ammosov made his contribution to the history of Yakutia and the Kyrgyz Republic. I want, on this occasion, to congratulate all the citizens of our republic. I wish stability, further development and prosperity. It is very important to do everything so that the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) continues to steadily strengthen the integrity and unity of the Russian Federation. And we, the younger generation, the rising generation must remember our history, should honour the contribution of great people like Mr. Maksim Ammosov, to formation of Yakutia, Russia and other fraternal countries. Happy holiday!»
We remind that on April 27, 1922, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) proclaimed the Declaration of State Sovereignty, which was the beginning of a new stage in its development as part of Russia.
On the National Day, two significant events for Yakutia are celebrated simultaneously - the Day of the formation of the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic and the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
