The 8th Children of Asia International Sports Games Directorate continues to accept Mascot designs for the Games to be held in 2024 in Yakutsk. The Contest is open for anyone over 14 years old.
The mascot of the Games can be any existing or fictional, living or inanimate character or animal. The mascot of the 8th Children of Asia International Sports Games should contribute to the representation of the host region - Yakutia.
Three stages of the Contest will facilitate openness and objectivity:
The first stage is entries submission from April 18 to May 12, 2023. During these dates, participants are welcome to submit Mascot designs by e-mail childrenofasia-yakutsk2024@yandex.ru marked “Mascot Design Contest”.
The second stage is selection. At this stage, the jury will select 5 best designs to be posted in the official account of the International Sports Games on VK https://vk.com/gamesasia.
The third stage is voting which will be held among the selected designs in the official account of the Games on VK.
The results of the Contest will be announced on June 1, 2023. The winner will be awarded a valuable prize from the 8th Children of Asia International Sports Games Directorate. The winning Mascot design will be used not only on souvenirs, but will also become the brand identity of the upcoming Games.
