Mr. Vladimir Maksimov, President of the Children of Asia Games International Committee, met with Mr. Kanatom Shabdanbaev, Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, Sport and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan – Director of Public Agency for Youth, Physical Education and Sport in Bishkek.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the cooperation and partnership between Children of Asia Games International Committee and the Government of Kyrgyzstan. The parties discussed the relevant issues in the sphere of children’s and youth sport which are a challenge for the whole sports community.
Mr. Vladimir Maksimov drew attention to the fact that athletes of Kyrgyzstan traditionally participate in all projects of the Committee. “We will be happy to accept young athletes of the Republic as a part of educational projects aimed at developing winter sports among Asian countries, which I am sure will help improve the level of training of Kyrgyz athletes.”
One of the themes of the agenda became the participation of young athletes of Kyrgyzstan in projects of Children of Asia Games International Committee. According to Mr. Vladimir Maksimov, the projects of the Committee are another way for international communication, exchange of sports experience and as a result for strengthening of relations.
