Vera Biryukova, an alumnus of the Children of Asia Games and Olympic champion of Rio 2016 in rhythmic gymnastics, conducted a master class for young gymnasts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The master class in rhythmic gymnastics, conducted by the Olympic champion, became a real event for young gymnasts in Astana. 60 girls from the specialized children's and youth sports school of the Olympic reserve №1 took part in the master class.
The alumnus of the Children of Asia Games not only spoke about her experience and achievements in rhythmic gymnastics but also demonstrated to the girls the basic elements and techniques of training. The gymnasts enthusiastically repeated the movements and tried to repeat every movement of the Olympic champion.
The master class was an excellent opportunity for young gymnasts to learn more about the sport and gain additional motivation for future achievements.
