The results of the drawing competition dedicated to the upcoming 2nd Winter Children of Asia International Sports Games to be held in Kuzbass from February 23 to March 5, have been summed up.
Creative works were to be submitted from October 3 to December 1, 2022. 1012 schoolchildren from 7 to 17 from all territories of Kuzbass took part.
The jury included representatives of Kuzbass Regional Center of Sports Facilities, Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of Kuzbass, Ministry of Culture and National Policy and Ministry of Education of the region.
The jury members evaluated the creative works according to such criteria as compliance with the topic, artistic skills and exclusiveness of the idea.
The competition was held in seven nominations. The winners were determined in each age group - junior, middle and senior.
In the most massive nomination in terms of the number of submitted works “This is a sport!” Alena Belogorodtseva (Osinniki), Anna Gavrilova (Mariinsk) and Olga Topcheeva (Mariinsk) were nominated the best.
In the "Discover Kuzbass" nomination, the works of Anna Abakumova (town Zelenogorsky, Krapivinsky municipal district), Karina Kukushkina (Prokopyevsk) and Lyubov Vdovenko (Osinniki) were recognized as winners.
In the nomination "Here they become champions" the winners were Matvey Moiseev (Kemerovo), Margarita Kalenskaya (Mariinsk) and Svetlana Nazarova (Prokopyevsk).
Agata Kazbanova (Novokuznetsk), Daria Tsvetkova (Rassvet village, Topkinsky municipal district) and Uliana Stepnova (Topkinsky municipal district) were recognized as the authors of the best works in the nomination “We are Children of Asia”.
Anastasia Buldakova (Osinniki), Victoria Gorbaneva (Osinniki) and Alexandra Solomatina (Prokopyevsk) became the winners in the Our Fans nomination.
Arina Gerstenlauer (Prokopievsk), Alexandra Popugaeva (Anzhero-Sudzhensk) and Anna Kuryatnikova (Novokuznetsk) won in the Our Mentors nomination.
In the nomination “Why we love sports”, the best works were Zlata Latynina (Anzhero-Sudzhensk), Sofya Vasilyeva (Prokopyevsk) and Daria Strelkovskaya.
Also, two diploma winners were determined in the competition - Artemy Kazankov (Kemerovo) and Sofia Ivanova (Kemerovo).
The awards ceremony for the winners and diploma winners of the "Children of Asia: Let's Color the World Together" contest will take place on February 25, on official Opening ceremony of the Games scheduled at Kuzbass Ice Palace.
The children will be awarded memorable prizes with the symbols of the Games, and they will also be able to attend the opening ceremony. In addition, the Kuzbass Ice Palace will be hosting an exhibition of the best works of the contest participants.
