In preparation for the Games, athletes will hold training camps from December 12th to 25th, 2022 at the sports facilities in Belovo and Mezhdurechensk.
The team of the national team of Kyrgyzstan includes hockey players, skiers and alpine skiers - candidates for participation in the upcoming Children of Asia Games.
- Training camps at the venues of the Games are a great opportunity for athletes to prepare for the upcoming Games in February. The guys will also have training at the Yugus ski complex in Mezhdurechensk, which will add variety to the usual training routine. The main goal of training camps is to improve the health of everyone who takes part in them. It's no secret that outdoor exercise is extremely beneficial for the body. I hope that the national team of Kyrgyzstan will spend these two weeks of the training camp with great benefit and with renewed vigor, we will all meet in the best shape already at the Children of Asia Games in February, said Mr. Vladimir MAKSIMOV, President of the Children of Asia International Committee.
Children from Kyrgyzstan will train under the guidance of experienced Kuzbass coaches: Mr. Gennady Ponomarev (Mezhdurechensk, skiing), Mr. Alexander Anfilatov (Belovo, hockey), Mr. Egor Vasiliev (Belovo, cross-country skiing).
The team will be provided with a balanced healthy diet five times a day and a measured rest. A cultural and entertainment program such as quiz, a cyber tournament, excursions and visits to museums has also been prepared for the athletes.
