An alumnus of the Children of Asia Games and Olympic silver medalist 2016 in archery, Tuyana Dashidorzhieva, conducted an archery master class in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan. The event took place within the framework of the Children of Asia Games Alumni Union project, established by the Children of Asia International Committee.

45 children from the children's and youth sports school of Astana took part in this master class. Each participant could gain unique experience and valuable advice from an experienced archer.

“Today we’ve shot a bow, analyzed the archer’s technique and talked a lot about psychology. It was pleasure to share my experience with guys. I hope that today’s meeting results will bring benefit not only in sports but also in their life as a whole” –  said Tuyana Dashidorzhieva.

An archer from the children's and youth sports school Olga noted the importance of psychological aspect in sportsman’s life. 

“This master class gave me a lot of information exactly from the psychological point of view. I think that it’s important to pay attention on this theme because psychology is very important for each sportsman”.
