— This summer, I was a medical assistance volunteer at the Chypchaal Sports Center at the 8th Children of Asia Games. It was not only an incredible experience that left bright and warm memories, but also a step towards my dream of becoming a doctor in the future. To become a volunteer, we had to go through an interview and complete several tests. It was very responsible and helped us prepare for the job.

Special training workshops and lectures were organized for us. That allowed us all to immerse even more deeply in the work. The atmosphere of the Games was simply magical! There was a feeling of real unity and cohesion. It was as if all of Yakutsk lived these Games: every day there were events in the Athletes' Village, in the Cultural Park ... These were not just sports competitions, but a real holiday that united people.

Working in medical care was sometimes monotonous and difficult - after all, you always had to be ready to provide assistance at any moment, but all the difficulties fade against the background of those amazing emotions that these Games gave me. It is important that we were part of such a grand event, and this feeling filled us with energy and inspired us to further achievements. For me and many of my peers, these Games became not only an opportunity to develop, but also an inspiration for further work in volunteering.

The opening and closing ceremonies of the Games were organized at the highest level, and it was an impressive sight! Everything was thought out to the smallest detail. Especially in these moments, I was overwhelmed with a sense of pride for our people and for the fact that we were able to provide such an opportunity to children from different countries of the world. For me and our entire family, it has always been a great pride that my grandfather, Mikhail Nikolaev, initiated such sports Games for children. This idea was always a source of pride for him. I always remember my grandfather and am sure that he would be pleased with how the Games went this year. His idea and his dream that became real keep to inspire many people. For me, he will always be an example of a person who was ahead of his time and was able to lay the foundation for something great.
