This holiday is celebrated every first Friday of February. In honor of this event, we talked with Ms. Aksinya Panova, the winner of the 7th Children of Asia International Sports Games in athletics
What means sport for you?
- Initially, it was just like a hobby, but now, what I cannot live without, what I aspire to.
Is it said that girls have a harder time in sports than boys? Do you agree with this? Why?
- It is in athletics that I would not say that we are weaker than boys. We do everything on an equal footing, and we have different tasks in training.
What competitions have become the most special for you in your life?
- At the moment it is Children of Asia Games, but I understand that life goes on, and I'm sure that there will be even more big victories in the future.
Athlete's breakfast - what is it like?
- Always different. If I don’t have time, then I drink water with lemon and eat a sandwich with butter and cheese, and if I have time, then porridge, a sandwich and always hot tea, and some kind of fruit.
Your wishes to the participants of the Winter Games
- Train and train again, nothing will work without hard training. I want to wish everyone a good mood and may the strongest win!
